Refund policy

At TCFABANDFASHIONS, we believe in providing a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience to our customers.

Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery. After approval, the product will be picked up or needs to be shipped back. A ₹200 deduction will be applicable, and the remaining amount will be refunded. The product must be unused, unworn, and with original tags intact. Refund will be initiated only after the returned product is received at our warehouse, and it may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account.

Exchange Policy:
Products are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery only. The first exchange is free of cost, and a ₹180 charge will be applicable for the second exchange. Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted. Exchange is only valid for products in original condition with tags. The exchange product will be dispatched only after the reverse pickup is completed.

Refund Policy:
Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected. The refund amount (after applicable deduction) will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Please note that slight color variations (10–12%) may occur due to screen resolution and lighting. Products that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return or exchange.
